At Turf Games, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
